Motherhood Redefined

Oh, you want to know, when am I having a baby?

But I already had one in 2020. Didn't you know? She is beautiful, and having her was a challenging choice. Everybody was worried about how I would handle work and family.

I started building her up with a desire to bring something beautiful into this world. A universe where work was fun and doing what you love was possible while earning money. These last 3 years have made me realize that we can have kids of different kinds, some live because they breathe, and some live because they become the reason for you to breathe.

Building DhairyaDa was a call from Destiny. DhairyaDa chose me as much as I chose her.

What is love if not a mutual choice? It has been three years, and as I look back, I am proud of how long we have come.

From one room in my parent's house to an organization with a global reach, with 25+ members nationwide and the mother in Europe, my first child has blossomed through our team's consistent nurturance.

One of the businesswomen who inspired me wrote in a magazine; your people make your organization. And I cannot agree more! Remember to appreciate the brilliance of having colleagues who make your start-up their own and lay the building blocks of it.

Patience, an excellent team, consistent hard work, and business acumen are the perfect recipe I used to build DhairyaDa.

Others might not get it, but for me, DhairyaDa is my first child. I might have kids someday, but I already had my first child at the age of 26. I worked hard, gave my everything to bring her up, and nurtured her with so much love that someday, my children can look at what their mother did here and get inspired to build a better world.

If DhairyaDa changes the lives of the masses, brings better mental health to my motherland, and inspires my kids(my students, my mentees are also my kids) to build a better-unified world, I have achieved my goal.

Happy birthday, DhairyaDa. You are the fruit of my dreams, the child of my mind, and the apple of my eye. You are my pride and also my strength. You make me love myself more, and you make me believe in myself more. Building you has been and continues to be one of the biggest joys of my life.
